  10. Outline the most effective sequence of instruction.

  11. Use the appropriate teaching method for the content.

  12. Keep your learners engaged, energized and learning regardless of the length of the training program.

  13. Evaluate and report the training program results.

  14. Accept accolades and compliments from key stakeholders for a great training program – and then deal successfully with the deluge of managers’ training requests that will certainly follow...
